Returns and Exchanges
EXCHANGE
- You have 7 days from the delivered date to request for an exchange for the online purchased style/s.
- Style must be in original condition, tags intact.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/sale items.
- You can exchange your item’s sizes or colors or get an exchange code to place a new order for a new style.
- Online exchange process takes 7-10 working days.
REFUND
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase or prefer not to exchange it, we're happy to offer a refund.
- We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse.
- Refunds can only be made as follows:
- Paid Orders - A refund will be made to the card used for the original order
- You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the refund process is completed.
- Refunds will usually clear into your account within 3-5 working days; however, this can vary according to the bank.
PLEASE NOTE
- Return/Exchange can be arranged only after contacting us via email at exchange@clothingtrives.com or our hotline at 0702954741 / 0702954739
- If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange of the item.
- Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.
- If the refund or exchange is due to TRIVES' fault, the courier charges will be covered by TRIVES.
