How do I figure out the right size for me?

Each T-shirt style has its own size chart available in the product and size section to help you find the perfect fit.

Please check the "Garment Measurements" section for details on how measurements are taken.

Do you have a physical shop, or is it online only?

We do not have a shop at the moment. However, you can come and collect your order from our warehouse or you can purchase through our website, www.trivesclothing.com.

How long does it take for delivery after I place an order?

The delivery time depends on your location.

Under normal circumstances, deliveries within the Colombo district usually take 3-4 business days. For locations outside Colombo, deliveries can take up to 7 business days.

What if I don’t like what I bought?

If you don’t like what you bought, you can exchange it or return it for free within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please call/whatsapp us at 0702954739 or email us at exchange@clothingtrives.com.

How secure is shopping online? Is my data protected?

The online shop is hosted on Shopify. Online payments are handled through Onepay. They use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. On top of that, our website is SSL certified through Let’s Encrypt. There’s more about this in our Privacy Policy.

Is there a pickup location available for orders?

"Yes, you can pick up orders from our warehouse in Kelaniya. Here is our location.

When placing your order online, please select the “Pickup from Warehouse” option at checkout.

Once your order is ready, we will send you a notification via email.

You can pick up the package on weekdays between 10 AM and 4 PM, and on Saturdays until 12 PM, except during long weekends.

Please contact us via 0702954739 before coming to the warehouse.

(Please note that we’re closed on Sundays, Poya days, and other mercantile holidays.)

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order. Please keep an eye on your email.
