How do I figure out the right size for me?

Each T-shirt style has its own size chart available in the size section of the garment to help you find the perfect fit.

Do you have a physical shop, or is it online only?

We do not have a shop at the moment. However, you can come and collect your order from our warehouse or you can purchase through our website, www.trivesclothing.com.

How long does it take for delivery after I place an order?

The delivery time depends on your location and courier service you picked

Under normal circumstances, deliveries within the Colombo district usually take 3-4 business days. For locations outside Colombo, deliveries can take up to 7 business days. (For both private and SL post this applies)

Note:
If you chose SL Post as your courier service, it may affect government delivery standards.

What if I donโ€™t like what I bought?

If you donโ€™t like what you bought, you can exchange it or return it for free within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please call/whatsapp us at 0702954739 or email us at exchange@clothingtrives.com.

How secure is shopping online? Is my data protected?

The online shop is hosted on Shopify. Online payments are handled through Onepay. They use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. On top of that, our website is SSL certified through Letโ€™s Encrypt. Thereโ€™s more about this in our Privacy Policy.

Is there a pickup location available for orders?

"Yes, you can pick up orders from our warehouse in Kelaniya. Here is our location.

When placing your order online, please select the โ€œPickup from Warehouseโ€ option at checkout.

Once your order is ready, we will send you a notification via email.

You can pick up the package on weekdays between 10 AM and 4 PM, and on Saturdays until 12 PM, except during long weekends.

(Please note that weโ€™re closed on Sundays, Poya days, and other mercantile holidays.)
